We started the MylkMuscle blog because we’re extremely passionate about helping people and the planet. Plant-based lifestyles result in healthier lives without negatively impacting the environment. We want to spread the word about how simple it is to make healthy changes for yourself while making the world a better place to be!

MylkMuscle started as a simple idea for a blog about plant-based bodybuilding. We were inspired and motivated by some of the great vegan athletes of our time, such as Kendrick Farris and Venus Williams. Seeing their stories and accomplishments reminded us that being plant-based doesn’t mean you can’t perform at the highest level. We want to share their stories with the world; to remind people that being plant-based is an asset, not a hindrance, when you’re on a mission for greatness.

As plant-based athletes ourselves, we understand the struggles of budding vegans trying to find the right mix of nutrients for optimal growth and health. We’re primarily focused on helping athletes optimize for improvement. However, we’re taking a holistic approach to health and fitness. We’re including reviews of our favorite foods and drinks, delicious recipes, and more general advice for plant-based living to make this experience inclusive. We hope to encourage people all over the world to make positive changes for themselves and the world around them!
